Rack of lamb in the oven
Even in the photo you can see how juicy the meat turned out. Very gentle and soft. The recipe is simple.
For cooking, we take the following ingredients:
- Lamb rack – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 5-6 cloves
- Salt – 2 teaspoons
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Sunflower oil – 2-3 tablespoons
So, we take a rack, wash, salt and pepper. We rub the spices well.
We crush the garlic and with the resulting mass we also carefully grease the meat. Let stand warm for half an hour. Then grease with sunflower oil and put in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (bottom / top mode + convection). Take out the meat, let it stand for another 20-30 minutes after the refrigerator, then put it on a baking sheet, pour over the remaining marinade and put it in the oven.
The maximum cooking time is 35 minutes. We had a young lamb, if you are so unlucky, then you can get a rack, cut it in the thickest part and press it with a knife – is there still blood? Then cover with foil and cook the meat.
