Chicken thighs in tomato paste baked with potatoes
Hi friends! A delicious chicken thigh recipe.
Ingredients (for chicken)
- Chicken thighs – 6 pcs
- Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – 2 teaspoons
- Red ground pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbs
- Dried dill and parsley – 1 teaspoon
Ingredients (for potato)
- Potatoes – 900 g
- Salt – 2 teaspoons
- Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon
- Paprika – 2 teaspoons
- Dried garlic – 1 teaspoon
Cooking:
Let’s do the chicken first.
Remove excess fat and skin. Put in a deep dish.
Add all the spices according to the recipe here and mix well. Mix tomato paste with sunflower oil and coat each piece of chicken on all sides. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Now let’s get to the potatoes.
We clean, cut into equal slices, put in a deep bowl.
Add salt, garlic and paprika, mix gently. Add sunflower oil here, mix. And let it stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 °F, bottom + top + convection mode.
In a glass form (for the recipe, 2 liters is enough), first lay out the potatoes, level it and lay the chicken thighs on top.
Add 100 ml of water to the form. And put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
That’s the whole recipe.
Delicious, quick and immediately ready lunch or dinner for 3-4 people. If you try, then six will be enough.
